Happy New Year to all! Well, I am thankful that I made it this far. I have a new attitude for my personal life. Since developing high blood pressure
I am still very greatful for my life and what I have. I am now fully committed to getting in shape and toning up my body. This is crucial for me, as well as for so many other African Americans because high blood pressure runs in our families. So with that said, I wish everybody the best in the rest of the year 2008! I cannot wait to post stories for this year! BYE BYE!
